Realtor Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This referral program is exclusively available to licensed realtors. Referrers must ensure that the referred party is aware of and agrees to being referred.

2. Referral Gifts:

   • Rent amounts under $2,500 qualify for a referral gift of $200.

   • Rent amounts between $2,500 and $3,500 qualify for a referral gift of $250.

   • Rent amounts between $3,500 and $5,500 qualify for a referral gift of $350.

   • Rent amounts between $5,500 and $7,500 qualify for a referral gift of $450.

   • Rent amounts between $7,500 and $10,500 qualify for a referral gift of $550.

   • Rent amounts between $10,500 and $15,500 qualify for a referral gift of $850.

   • Rent amounts over $15,500 qualify for a referral gift of $1,250.

3. Gift Issuance: Appreciation gifts will be issued after a property management contract is signed with the referred party and the commission is successfully collected by the brokerage. Referrers have the option to receive the gift via the standard broker-to-broker referral form or as a Gift Visa for the real estate agent.

4. Payment Conditions: Referral gifts are awarded per individual rental transaction and are not cumulative across multiple transactions.

5. Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals a realtor can make. Each qualifying rental transaction is eligible for the corresponding gift, irrespective of the number of total referrals made by a single realtor.

6. Modifications and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect referrals already submitted and acknowledged before the change.

7. Disputes: All decisions by our company regarding the referral program and the eligibility of referrals are final and binding.
